The LMYW 2022 season will start in January. Come have some fun learning and participating in the world’s oldest and greatest sport – wrestling! We will teach the fundamentals and techniques of wrestling while emphasizing fun and fitness!
This year we will be running two separate session of LMYW. One is for 1st and 2nd year wrestlers (LMYW Black). LMYW Black will start on January 3rd and sessions will be Monday night from 6:15 – 7:15 pm. No prior wrestling experience is required. The other is for 3rd and 4th year (LMYW Orange). LMYW Orange will also start on January 3rd and sessions will be Monday night from 7:20- 8:20 pm and Thursday night from 6:15- 7:30 pm. With our more experienced wrestlers we will go deeper in building skills and prepare our wrestlers for match competition.
