Larchmont-Mamaroneck Youth Wrestling was founded by a group of former wrestlers who love the sport and want to share what they have experienced with the next generation of wrestlers.
LMYW is dedicated to the development of youth wrestling in the Mamaroneck school system. We strive to build an appreciation of the sport of wrestling while building character, confidence and teamwork in our wrestlers.
Coach Gilberti works as a Physical Education teacher at Hommocks Middle School. He has also worked at both Chatsworth Ave, Mamaroneck Ave, Central Ave elementary schools. He has been Co-Varsity Head Coach of the Mamaroneck Wrestling team for the last 8 years. Scott was founder, coach and athlete of SUNY Cortland Club Wrestling and wrestled at Arlington High School.
